Are you interested in using your skills to help shape the Cyber, Security, & Intel space? If so, look no further. We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team of passionate individuals. In this role you will support challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation’s security and intelligence mission.

The Senior Full Stack Developer is part of a small agile development team that will work to develop and maintain a Java application with an OracleSQL backend and Tomcat application server. The senior developer will be working in an AWS cloud environment using cutting edge technology. The developer will work in conjunction with other government and contractor developers to assist in all facets of development and O&M for the application. Support will include, but is not limited to gathering, analysis, and development of specifications/requirements provided by the system owner. The developer may be tasked with supporting all aspects of the project to include all phases of life cycle development. The position is located in the Crystal City, Virginia and District of Columbia, allowing for 30% on-site work and the rest remote. Additional onsite days may be required based on mission need.

The Developer will need to possess strong user interface skills and experience with the following:

• Java

• EXTJS 7

• Solr

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

• Angular 2

• AWS Open Search

• PostGRES

Here’s what you’ll need :

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other related field

• 8 years of experience with programming and software development in multiple layers in the software stack (UI, web or micro services, database, search).

• Experience with leading or advanced programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems.

• Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability

• Strong background in JAVA and JavaScript

• Experience with EXTJS

• Experience with Solr

• Experience developing in an agile environment

• Strong oral and written communication skills

Clearance Required:

• Active Top Secret

Preferred:

• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)

• Experience with Gitlab

• Experience in develop an application utilizing microservices

• Experience with PostgreSQL

• Experience with Test Driven Development

• Experience with JUNIT and AWS Development
