We are inviting applications from experienced Digital Engineering specialists who can provide leadership to Digital Delivery within the Transport Perfomance Unit based in New Zealand. You will lead Digital Delivery initiatives within Transport New Zealand, promoting best practice and contributing to the Digital Delivery strategy for ANZ. You will define the BIM strategy on projects leading by example, performing project set ups, promoting best modelling practice, standard tools and digital delivery workflows.You will support proposals and project resourcing with a digital lens. You will review local projects in collaboration with the DD Technical Director Transport ANZ and be responsible for project information management processes for your discipline. You will promote DD learning and development activities. On projects, you will work closely with project managers, design managers and discipline leads, and inspire them to strive for innovation while maintaining outstanding digital delivery.
Here’s What You’ll Need:
To be considered for the role you will have:
Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline preferred
Demonstrated advanced knowledge and application of Civil 3D design software
Strong knowledge of design principles and standards relating to designs for transport infrastructure and general Civil engineering projects
In depth knowledge of local NZ design standards and how to implement these standards on projects
Experienced delivering large multidisciplinary engineering projects through differing procurements methods and design stages
