Jacobs’ Power business covers the full range of power generation and transmission projects, covering all aspects of services from pre-feasibility, bankable feasibility, front end engineering, tendering and contract award, owner’s engineer services during construction, site supervision, and commissioning and defects liability period support. We are seeking Lead Overhead Transmission Lines Engineer to join our diverse team of professionals in New Zealand. Ideally you will have gained at least 15 years of experience and knowledge in overhead transmission lines, enabling you to understand our client’s scope, liaise confidently with our clients, provide sound solutions to complex engineering issues and independently guide the engineering team and support staff. #LI-LM1234 #ANZPower

Here’s What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural engineering
Significant experience in the key areas of overhead transmission line design
Advanced user of PLS CADD, TOWER and POLE
The ability to develop new business with existing & new clients.
The ability to foster and grow relationships both internally and externally
Knowledge on AS/NZS, Client SDMs, ASCE, IEEE and IEC guidelines
