In your role as Office Administrator , you will be supporting the Office Leader and teams in an administrative capacity with confidential, secretarial and administrative activities to assist the efficient running of the Performance Unit.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Recording and distribution of meeting minutes where required

• Organising and coordinating internal and external meetings

• Ordering PPE Safety equipment for team members when required

• Assisting with the provision/co-ordination of training and accreditations as required

• Assisting with organising key events for the office • Supporting employee relocations and secondments

• Assisting other functional support staff with any overload admin duties and supporting admin support staff during absence or staff shortage

• Supporting strong delivery service to clients including tender documents, CVs and other miscellaneous proposal work where necessary

• Assisting in the preparation and processing of expenses and invoices as requested

• Undertaking any other administrative/support duties that may be required as directed by management including the SL/TL, DOO or EA to DoO

Here’s What You’ll Need:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

• Strong MS Office / Systems skills

• Commercial and value adding mind-set/approach

• Organised, methodical and process orientated

• Flexible and embraces and facilitates change

• Effective communication, (both written and verbal) and strong interpersonal skills
