As our Office Team Leader you will:

Create winning business development strategies to grow our market share with our local private and public clients

Mentor and lead our current design team of professionals

Leverage synergies and resources

Serve as our Culture of Caring Ambassador with respect to health and safety, inclusion and diversity, and sustainability

Be point of contact relative to our "return to the workplace" strategy, and all related office/business communications

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Requisite and demonstrated progressive experience in public and/or private sector agencies

  • Demonstrated leadership experience and capability

  • Financial experience required with demonstrated commercial and business acumen

  • Strong inspirational and inclusive leadership skills to include demonstrated project management and client management

  • Strong organizational, communications skills, and leadership abilities

  • High degree of acumen and experience related to Sales and sales tools and processes

  • Ability to prioritize and communicate what is most important for the success of the business

Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Professional Registration is preferred

  • Advanced degree

  • At least 10 years relevant experience
