Your Impact:

The ideal candidate shall provide Prime OCR, EMC Captiva/InputAccel and IBML high speed scanners administrative and technical support to improve, enhance, and troubleshoot software and hardware functionality. The candidate shall ensure the scanning operations on the DCS enclave are properly maintained and operational.


Here’s What You’ll Need:

Candidate shall have demonstrated at least four (4) years direct work-related experience with:

  • Design, configuration, implementation and maintenance of Captiva InputAccel systems hardware, networks, and software.

  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems to provide solutions for system

  • Modifications, enhancements, and functionality for all supported Captiva InputAccel hardware and software.

  • Support for current and future software configurations and baselines,

  • Redesign activities to modify functionality and/or produce technical improvements to enhance the network and applications software and its audit and security features.

  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and effectively communicate details with technical and non-technical personnel.

It is desired that Candidate:

  • Possess a current MCSE certification

  • Possess knowledge of IBML scanning operations

  • Possess knowledge of TFS
